“[Bullet Journaling] all started by trying to figure out ways to be less overwhelmed by the daily data deluge… It provided a simple process that helped me capture, filter, and channel information in a way that finally felt natural to my hyperactive mind.” — Ryder Carroll, Inside ADHD

The community formed around Jessica McCabe’s How to ADHD YouTube channel and the recent book is incredibly robust and active, especially on the associated Discord server.

Among the many channels, there is “discussion-Toolbox”, where members — “brains”, as Jessica happily named them — talk about the things that work, or don’t, when it comes to living with ADHD.

Recently there was a thread all about using the Bullet Journal method — something that Jessica herself has called the “Best Planner for ADHD Brains.”

It was another contributor, though, whose posts stood out for their clarity and pragmatism. Wishing to be cited simply as @AndroidGrace, they agreed to let me share their words with the ADHD community here.
