Finding your articles this morning is making a wonderful start to the day. I really appreciate the way you broke down how industrialization is the real issue with our time perception difficulties. I will say that while a lot of the same time management things have worked for me, I have the issue of also moving around a lot, so static visualized time don’t work as well. It’s frustrating, because I do want to just use a whiteboard instead I use a notebook, somewhere between a common place and a bullet. journal. Unfortunately, while I am great at writing things down on it, I am really bad at scheduling time to go back and look at what I wrote. I also really wish that the so-called “chain“ method of habits and routines worked for me. Everyone says if you start it you will “not want to break the chain“. I look at the chain and go, “eh, who cares?”
