I 100% agree that it could be a wonderful thing for a lot of people — sounds like yourself included — but not for everyone. It’s not a cure-all, and they are also talking about separating people from whatever social support networks they rely on. It’s not that I’m saying nature isn’t healing (science says it is!) but I’m pretty sure this isn’t “putting your hands in the soil.”
