I had thought that over the weekend I’d cleaned up my phone apps, but you make a good point that really all I did was re-arrange it. I’d be interested in a future article about what those ten apps were and why you couldn’t live without them.
One thing I’ve become more mindful of in my own quest for “just-right minimalism” is that just donating clothes to charity often really means we’re simply donating them to the landfill (as charities regularly dump out clothes they don’t sell). So I’ve been looking for ways to either re-use or mindfully gift or re-purpose things instead.
I appreciate that you’re giving a “more realistic” view towards minimalism. I agree, Mr. Altucher is inspirational, but not always applicable. You, on the other hand, almost always have something I can use in your articles. Thank you for that.
