KimRae: this is something that my partner is also learning to understand better (we’ve also had a lot of difficulty with it in our history). One thing that’s helped her understand it is the book “Is it You, Me, or Adult ADD?” by Gina Pera. I’ve not read it (yet) but she says it’s really helpful.
