About a year ago I wrote about my attempt to create an “every day carry” (EDC) that would be custom-made to compensate for the things my brain often forgot.

And then a few weeks ago I did the follow-up, summarizing what I’d learned and what I’d changed in a year of using my ADHD EDC:

I don’t want it to take a year for you to learn the things I learned.

Instead, I’ve distilled the lessons and process into a simple, straightforward process that will enable you to bring what you need whenever you need it. It takes a little reflection at the beginning of the week, a little review at the end of the week, but you can do both in five minutes if that’s all the time you have to spare.

Best of all, you’ll be able to viscerally improve the quality of your every day ADHD life without having to become the Junk Lady from Labyrinth . Or, like many EDC enthusiasts, trying to be Batman.
