The comedian Whitney Cummings did something along those lines recently with a “nip slip” picture with which someone was trying to extort her. She turned around and posted the full pic to twitter: “Yup, there it is! I have a nipple there!”

It totally defused any power the extortionist has. I love your idea of taking it to the next level. The way shame is used to exert power over people in our current times is absolutely maddening.
